You had great year from someone looking form the outside in. In the disappointments you learn so much more than winning. It makes you leave no stone un turned and looking for marginal gains. Always searching and pushing for that perfect performance. You did have some Awesome performances. You had the Nugent tribe sitting on the edge of our chairs and shouting at the television. Just like watching Motherwell FC. Well not quiet. Enjoy the festive season. Hopefully see you in 2017. David and the tribe.

Great report and what a great couple of races in Cozumel. Was watching the race supporting the Brits but have to admire your performance! What a race you had – such a powerful finish in the heat. Loved reading all about your strategy and the sacrifices you made in training to overcome the heat weakness. Thanks for sharing – it is inspirational – from a big WTS fan (and very average runner).
